Here is Miss Olive just chillin' with Madison at our mommy meeting! We mainly sit around and gab about our topsy turvy lives and the kids squirm and crawl around us. Being a new momma can be such a daunting task sometimes so it's really great to have a network of ladies to question stuff with. Our last meeting was filmed for that Clean House show for the style network. Maybe baby girl can finally make her nationwide debut! There's Jade with his electric green zebra shorts! He's a little toughie! A tiny steamroller.....though Olive looks like she's getting in some good flexes!
For daddy bear's birthday we went for breakfast at Johnny Reb's. It was deelish! Olive really wanted to know what was going on....
....so I let her sit on my lap and she couldn't believe how much daddy was about to eat! She was super duper jeal-o.
Chicken fried steak!
Grandma Janet came by again from Phoenix and they were so glad to see each other!
time went by too quickly, however and sooner than you'd know it, we were back at the airport.

"Grandma come back!!"
We did all have a nice day at Griffith Park when she was here, though. Teddy showed Olive all the wonders of nature.

While we were there, Olive found a new use for her wrist buddy!

You are so busted!

This was part of Olive's special 4th of July salute.
Don't you just want to hug her like crazy when you look at this?
I can't stand it! I'm gonna go wake her up.........
Olive just LOVES going on strolls through our backstreets! You can tell she's having a good time when she gets straight legs like in this picture. She's carazy about looking up at the trees and cooing. She actually gets a tiny bit mad when we have to go in!

We went to a Kwik-e-mart in Burbank to get some Krusty-o's and Duff beer but all they had was Buzz cola and those gross pink doughnuts. We got a squishee, too. The security guard's dinner was a doughnut and a squishee. His name was Pelon.

This is Cecilia and Olive on her first day of day care! Momma cried and cried. That was a rough day. Olive seemed unphased by the change of scenery.
No-we didn't leave Olive in a warehouse full of junk-that's our house! We are making some progress but very slowwwwly. I think Olive is going to enjoy all the climbable mountains of boxes.

Look at how pretty baby girl looked on 7/7/07! She helped host an independence day party at Todd and Elvia's house.
It was a perfect day with perfect weather!

What perfect patriotic pals! Everyone was randomly given name tags. Michelle's was STEAMY BEAR and Olive's was FANG. Mom's was BARKY MCBUTTONS and daddy's was BAD NEWS.
Olive had mixed feelings about the party.

The hustle and bustle of the crowd got to be a bit much so we took in some quiet time in the record room.
She made a friend named Noah who found love at first sight....with her feet! His mouth was all over her hot little tootsies! Thankfully, his teeth hadn't come in yet.

Here's evidence that Miss Olive is liking the idea of solid food. She really has her eye on that hot dog! It is pretty perfect looking.......

Squeaky clean Olive!
She generally likes a bath and only protests when I take her out. She's a clean machine!
6/29/07 I'm 3 months old today!
Check out Michelle's fabulous green outfit! She carries that couch around for matchability.
Shane and Susan hosted a really swell BBQ out in Woodland Hills and it was the perfect evening! The burgers were AMAZING and practically all the vegetables were home grown right there on Crackers Paw Farm! Crackers gave her the warmest welcome by licking her on the head and rushing over whenever Miss Olive would cry. Awwww.....
Olive was really mesmerized by the super huge trees around there. I think she has a future as a tree hugger.
She wasn't a big fan of the hammock, however.
Most times she thinks she is way too cool to be hanging out with us.....
I should have taken better pictures of her dress cause it had cute lil' bunnies embroidered on it! We actually saw a bunny hopping around as we were leaving! It was really cute but I think the bunnies around there have to really watch it since Susan's cat is a vicious hunter!

This is Olive reacting to one of daddy's stories. This is her reaction to his jokes!

Whenever I need to get something done around the house, I let her sleep on her tummy cause she sleeps extra long! It's like my secret weapon!

Little birdie is trying to fly away!

Here is Grandpa Ted after breakfast at Foxy's!
Foxy's was a favorite hotspot for Grandma Marshia and Ted!
Olive was really peeved that Icky Thump records didn't have a wider array of merchandise.

Although she looks kinda freaked out about the mobile, she's actually super crazy about it and will lie there and do her kicking and cooing for long periods of time!

She's very proud of herself in this pic cause she's got daddy's nose and is not gonna give it back!

We went on a nice picnic at castle green park and had delicious Dinah's fried chicken! Yum!
Olive is dolled up cause we went to Matt Gracie's memorial that morning. She was a super quiet tiny angel through the whole service! Just like in this picture!
